South Carolina real estate CPA wanted

Hello all,

I'm looking for recommendations for real estate CPAs for filing 2023 taxes. We want to do a cost segregation and use the STR loophole to reduce our taxes.

Someone in Charleston SC locally would be best, but happy with anyone who is familiar with the SC tax. 

A ballpark number for the fee's would be great.

Hey @Rene M., lots of great REI-savvy tax professionals here in the comments and BP in general. Specifically, in Charleston, SC, Justin Welch is a go-to. I'm not sure if he has the capacity but he's worth contacting. 

Do you have organized financials you can hand your tax filer so they can file for you? This is the first step.

I'm happy to help you figure this out if you don't currently have accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records in place (also needed throughout the year for a lot of reasons other than taxes). Our bookkeeping firm serves quite a few REIs in Charleston.
