Hey BP fam! I'm a (semi) new investor looking to establish relationships with other investors, realtors, and other RE professionals in the NWI area. I'm looking for Fix and Flip and Buy and Holds primarily (both SFH and Multi units up to Quads), and I'm also looking for qualified, well-regarded GC's.
