Hey BP fam! I'm a (semi) new investor looking to establish relationships with other investors, realtors, and other RE professionals in the NWI area. I'm looking for Fix and Flip and Buy and Holds primarily (both SFH and Multi units up to Quads), and I'm also looking for qualified, well-regarded GC's. I'm open to learn and ready to do 10 deals before year's end! I'm all about win-win. Let's go!

Hello all of BP! New member, new RE investor, and especially new to these forums, looking to learn as much as possible, meet and network with lots of fellow investors, and eventually...do some deals!
