Looking for Gap funding partner for Fix & Flip

I have a few fix-and-flip projects I'm looking for GAP funding partners on. I'm willing to negotiate a respectable amount of the profits for a private partner who wants to fund multiple deals. of course, we can just start off with one to create a business relationship if that suits you but I'm searching for a long-term partner. My goal is to flip multiple homes at once and to always keep it moving. I currently work for Jake Leicht at Flip Secrets and am branching out on my own on the side to continue what I'm doing for him but build my own REI business.
