I have a few fix-and-flip projects I'm looking for GAP funding partners on. I'm willing to negotiate a respectable amount of the profits for a private partner who wants to fund multiple deals. of course, we can just start off with one to create a business relationship if that suits you but I'm searching for a long-term partner. My goal is to flip multiple homes at once and to always keep it moving.
