Looking for investors to talk to about creative finance

Hi, I am looking for people in the Pittsburgh area who have done creative finance deals. I am an aspiring real estate investor looking to learn as much as I can. I have already found over 300 multi-family properties in my market, what I'm looking for is someone to sit down and chat with on how they got to where they did and possibly give me some tips on getting started.
