Hi, I’m looking to get into my first property but am having a hard time finding the standard agreement for sale of real estate in Pennsylvania. Does anyone know where I can find it?

If He wants to minimize capital gains abd preserve it for his kids. You could always see if he will just seller finance for 30 year term because a promissory note is considered an asset and can be passed down just as a house would be able to.

How do I get into contact with investors in the area? (who aren't on BP)

How do I go about finding an attorney who is knowledgeable in dealing with creative financing contracts?

Hi, I am looking for people in the Pittsburgh area who have done creative finance deals. I am an aspiring real estate investor looking to learn as much as I can. I have already found over 300 multi-family properties in my market, what I'm looking for is someone to sit down and chat with on how they got to where they did and possibly give me some tips on getting started. Any responses are greatly appreciated!
