I've teamed up with a seasoned fix & flip team in Austin, TX and we're continuously looking for PMLs to scale. If you or someone you know would like to be a passive investor, please reach out. We're currently raising 100k for a 12% FLAT return in roughly 6 months (that's a 24% annualized return if all is on schedule as with previous flips). We have an HML in 1st lien position and are looking for gap funding from a PML in 2nd position.
