contractor to pull roof permit - Garfield

Hey,

Can anyone recommend a professional / service for pulling a permit for the roof in our property?  which is located in Garfield Heights

Please only recommendations from first hand experience.

Sharon, the roofing contractor/company should be pulling the permit. They may add the cost to the job of course, or it may already be built in.  But most cities want the Contractor to pull it (for a full roof replacement).
For cities that are picky, yes pull it!  For others, that's your choice to do it or not.
Here in the Dallas areas, there are some cities that you don't even dare do a large project without a Permit, they'll double fine you immediately! (they have people driving around looking for the jobs!) While other cities, meeehhhh.... it really doesn't matter.
And, if you want the paper trail, or shown that yes the property has a new roof now, then yes of course it's worth doing so with a Permit. :)
