We've recently acquired our first MTR/STR hybrid in Grovetown, GA through a sub-to deal. We're really excited about the potential of the property and have it set up/ready to go as a rent-by-the-room MTR. The previous owner had success with this strategy. We've taken 2 months to market it and manage it to the best of our abilities, but my husband and I both have full time jobs and we're quickly realizing that we'd be better suited to outsource the tenant-acquisition and day-to-day management to someone who is able to dedicate more time and effort to maximize the property's potential.
