A little confusing so I will try and figure out if I Can post here in this classified section. I have a duplex in Los Angeles CA that is for sale. I have listed it before with my agent but we took it off due to the market rollercoaster last year. Id list again but I feel like this kind of a deal is better done by investors off the market.
