LOOKING FOR a mentorship for a 23 year old investor
I WILL keep this short. I am Looking for a mentorship in the Georgia area!
I am 23 years old, me and my Dad have been investing together over the past 4 years in real-estate....we just closed on our first deal which was:
275k Home which we bought for 255k......That home is nice but does not cash flow and just pays the mortgage.
I need a strategy on how to build wealth over the next 10 years....I currently have around 40k in stocks and looking for some insight.
I am from the Columbus, GA area, and once I graduate college I will be making 44k a year.
