We service the 4 county region in south eastern Pennsylvania, as well as Pittsburgh. Currently we are looking to buy the book of business from another property management company. If you know of any burned out Property Managers that might want to sell, please keep me in mind. We typically retain the staff and can even retain the current PM Ownership group if they want to work but not have all the Hassle of ownership.
