Looking for property management in Milwaukee

Dear all 

I am a noob investor working on expanding my real estate portfolio in Milwaukee. I am looking for recommendations for property managers to help manage the units. Any recommendations would be appreciated. 

I appreciate any help you can provide.

A lot of PM's don't want to manage in rough areas: difficult tenants, rough buildings, safety risks, contractors don't want to work there etc - and low rents means low PM fees. So basically a lot of hard work for a PM for little pay.

My usual recommendations include Welcome Home Milwaukee and Smart Asset Management.
