Looking at purchasing some single-family long-term rentals in Youngstown Ohio. Currently the portfolio self managed. Looking for a property management company that is investor friendly that I can trust as I am out of state. Thank you.

Would be happy to hop on a call to discuss our services. We are based in Phoenix but have an office in Ohio (where I am located) and a national team working for large institutional investors to smaller sfr portfolio investors
