Hi,

Unfortunately I am dealing with a tenant that has not paid rent since October in one of my Youngstown properties. I am an out of state investor and I am being told the property manager can no longer serve the eviction notice. It has to be filed by either myself or an attorney representing me. Is this accurate? I am desperate to get this tenant out of the property and collect all past due rent.

Aqua Property Management. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for three weeks to no avail. When I called the main line, they have an outsourced receptionist company can’t help whatsoever. All they do is take a message and pass it on.

Hello, does anyone have a good Property Manager they can recommend in the Cincinnati area? 

Unfortunately the current PM (who owes me money) is completely unresponsive. I'm not even sure how to fire someone I can't even give notice to. I'm in California so this has been extremely challenging. Any advice on this would be great. I will be sending a notice to them from my attorney today but what good will that do if they won't respond?
