I am new to Tampa, FL coming from St. Louis, MO where I have a few long term rentals.  Looking to flip houses in Florida as well as obtaining long term rentals. If anyone has recommendations on contractors as well as hard money lenders please let me know! Open to partnering up as well as I navigate through.
