Inspection and Home Warranty
Hi there,
I just entered into a contract to purchase a home in Kansas City MO. I need to hire an inspector to do the inspection. Does anyone have any recommendations on company’s they’ve used?
Also, outside of American Shield, does anyone have any recommendations on home warranty companies?

My latest house came with a warranty from Old Republic. I have had occasion to use them twice so far and both times they have been excellent... They actually agreed to replace an older dishwasher and cooktop instead of hassling with the repair process! I'm quite shocked to be honest since my previous experiences with home warranty companies were dubious to say the least....
