Morning,

I'm a local agent/small town investor looking to grow my portfolio. I drive for dollars, network, check numerous social medias and on MLS daily. I've found a couple properties with good potential and already cash flowing. I am approved through a commerical bank/lender but rather try a different/creative way to finance this next deal. Ultimate goal - supplemental income/passive income.
