Does anyone know a strong, Section 8-friendly property manager in the following cities? I need to deploy capital, and my team in these areas is spread pretty thin at the moment.

- Memphis, TN

- Jacksonville, FL

- Indianapolis, IN

The ideal PM has a construction background.

Thanks, and happy to trade connections/knowledge/etc. Feel free to DM if you prefer.

Cheers,

Sal

I often take wholesaler calls, and ask them what they have for sale. A seller who enters an assignment contract with a wholesaler is probably more open minded than the typical seller. This can be fertile ground for seller finance deals and creative financing.
