Hawaii Big Island - Investor looking for flat list listing agent, recommendations?

Aloha all, I'm an investor / flipper and am looking for a flat list listing agent to help me post my properties on MLS. I have projects ongoing and have one nearly done. I am looking at using one of the flat list sites again but also wouldn't mind partnering with a flat list agent if the fees are similar.

A little bit about me: I am a reasonable logical data based investor with years of experience with properties on mainland and hawaii. Have experience with residential, commercial, flips, rentals, adus, and more.
