Hello.  Reaching out for a Lake Conroe, Texas local market expert.  Specifically a broker with Short term rental expertise or a Short Term Rental property manager that can provide guidance in evaluating the investment opportunity.   I am looking to make an investment in the next 6 months and add  to a small portfolio of ski-area and beach STRs.  Any recommendations would be appreciated!  Thank you.
