 Hi - I am based in Tampa.  There are still cash flowing opportunities at current rates and I am closing 2-3 per month for people like yourself.  Ill send you a DM :)

Are you finding that the Tampa STRs are doing well even with the 7 night minimum ordinance?

 That ordinance is unenforceable due to 2014 statelaw, so we are renting all Tampa houses at 1 night minimum for 6 years with no issue at all


Andrew, can you provide some details on the 2014 state law. I have a STR in Cape Canaveral that has a 7 night minimum....or rather one rental per week. I would love to know if there were a compliant way to offer shorter stays. Thanks!

Hello.  Reaching out for a Lake Conroe, Texas local market expert.  Specifically a broker with Short term rental expertise or a Short Term Rental property manager that can provide guidance in evaluating the investment opportunity.   I am looking to make an investment in the next 6 months and add  to a small portfolio of ski-area and beach STRs.  Any recommendations would be appreciated!  Thank you.
