Looking for out of state investors

Hi BP Community, 

I am hoping to connect with more out of state investors, I am a wholesaler and I have a ton of great deals (both single family homes & multi families) right now that would be perfect for someone looking to invest here in KY. They have management already in place that is offering discounted management fees so the transition would be super smooth for the new owners to just take over and collect on the cash-flow. Most of our current buyer network is local to us so I am hoping to cast a little bit of a wider net and maybe make some connections with investors who I wouldn't normally cross paths with but who may be interested in taking a look at the properties I have available.
