Hi everyone! First post in this forum. I am a licensed realtor with a brokerage in central Massachusetts. I am looking to get into house flipping but don’t have enough capital to get started. I have quite a few properties in mind that could work (single family homes) where I have crunched all the numbers and seen the properties after scheduling my own showings. I can put 10% down or so to show that I am serious about the projects. I am also willing to handle all project management aspects, as I am mainly in it for the experience (not looking for a crazy pay cut). I can also handle the real estate agent part. I do have a central ma specific vendors list that I think is quite good (I am on a top producing team within the brokerage).
