Any recommendations for Detroit property manager that works with Sec 8
Hi,
I'm a Florida investor that will be buying a few houses in Detroit. It will be difficult for me to manage the ones that are S* given the annual inspections will require met to be present. So I'm looking for a reliable property management company that's proactive, transparent and understands S* with experience working with the DHA. I've called a few but did not get a response, so those are out. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Hello Jose,
You do not have to be “in person” for section 8 inspections. I have a few in the city and I live locally and I’m not at the inspection during the inspection process.
