Subject-To Documents / Seeking Mentor

Hi all,

I'm a newbie that's getting into subject-to deals in the DFW area. Anyone know where I can find documents needed to successfully close on a sub-to deal? I would love to partner up with someone on a couple of deals to see how the process is done and in return I could bring any leads or deals to the table. Please let me know. I'm very interested in starting asap! Thank you in advanced.

@India H. the person in our area to lean on for this is Roger Paschal.  You can reach him here:  https://subject2institute.com/

If you don't know Roger I'm guessing that you haven't been to any real estate groups here locally.  I would strongly recommend connecting with some as we all know Roger...and there's TONS of other people/things you can learn from these groups.  Just a suggestion.
