Hello @Chad Burrell I'm also local to the Harrisburg PA market.  I'm an investor and Agent/Property Manager in the area.  I love the Harrisburg and surrounding areas for investments.  It can give you good blend of both cash flow and appreciation mixed with diverse jobs, making it easier to fill the units.  I'm happy to answer any questions you may have about the market.
