Hey all! We are starting a development company. Our first project will be located in St. Louis County Minnesota in proximity to the North shore of Lake Superior near Duluth and Ely MN.

The project consists of a str/mtr tiny home village retreat including 30 modern meets rustic tiny homes, an event venue, and a bar/convenience store. Paired with great on site amenities like pickle ball courts, a nature trail, and smash burgers and off site local attractions like quaint towns and state parks our first project will be located in an already tourist destination.

This is a proof of concept as our long term plan is to replicate the model in other prime markets.

We are hoping to connect with an experienced developer for strategic partnership in the project and are open to equity shares. We are also open to investor partnerships.

We have been working with a number of SCORE mentors as well as the MnSBDC Northeast in Duluth MN. We have a pitch deck, business plan, and simple renderings of a tiny home and the event venue for review upon request.
