Looking to buy short term rental property in reno sparks area.

Hi everyone, I am looking for a short term rental property in reno/sparks and adjacent areas. Something under 250k would be ideal. I can go upto 400k if needed. I can also partner with other people on this. I have cash to close the deal as soon as possible.

Hi Japnik, $250k is tough for STR. You'll probably be looking mostly at downtown condos that have CC&Rs that are friendly to STR usage. Sreeneetha Gorla works really closely with me and is an awesome buyers agent. Let's DM and connect further.
