Trying to manage property in Milwaukee and need contractors
I am purchasing a duplex in Milwaukee and would like recommendations on handymen, plumbers, electricians, lawn mowers, and general contractors. If you have recommendations on inexpensive property manager to handle just the maintenance, please let me know. I am out of state so trying to get my systems in place.

@Brittney Wright - building a contractor network takes a lot of time, effort - and money! We have all paid thousands for jobs gone bad, lost donwpayments and an occasional "contractor from hell" experience. Good contractor connections are precious and people don't give them away, they have literally paid for them, probably in excess of tens of thousands in aggregate. When I started out nobody was telling me this, everyone just gives you BS excuse or says oh, I don't know anyone. So this is why.
Also, what you pay is what you get. When you are looking for "inexpensive" you'll get cheap.
Everyone charges as much as they can get away with for the qulity of work they do. My recommendation is hire a good property manager, who has all these contractors in place, they have already gone through the efffort and expense to pick them, so all you have to do is send a text and pay the bill.
