I am looking to connect with active fix & flip or BRRRR investors in the Wake and Lee county areas of NC. I'm a BRRRR/buy and hold investor myself. I also am a realtor with KW. I'm coming across good potential properties and would love to be able to feed them to buyers. Because I'm a realtor I can show you the home as long as you're not in an agency agreement with another agent. So just let me know!
