Hi all, 

I'm an investor, realtor, and finishing up a graduate degree at NCSU. Some of the students I TA for asked if I knew of any good houses for rent in the area. I figured I'd post here to see if anyone had anything up for rent that maybe they missed, or if anyone was offloading a property. The students mentioned they were hoping it wouldn't be a complete dump, like some student housing can be.

Hi all! 

Just had a great Thanksgiving with family and was able to talk with them about investing and buying/selling homes. I'm an agent in the Raleigh area, but they're all located in PA. I'm looking for two specific agents. Please send me any recommendations you have.

Agent 1: Agent who is experienced working with investors and may look for deals for the client ahead of time. My uncle (in-law) is a fix and flip investor and sometimes holds the properties as a MTR/LTR. He is looking in Kane, Johnsonburg (specific areas) and St. Marys PA. 

Agent 2: My other uncle and aunt (in-law) are both looking to sell their SF home that they built many years ago. They are interested in a good selling agent who knows the market and knows what updates they may need to do prior to selling for the best return on investment.

Personally I haven’t but I have a coworker I can definitely refer you to. She works solely in the commercial space.
