Seeking Private Lender (PML/HML)
My typical private lender has vanished and I am now looking to add to my contacts.
If you are particular about location, I primarily invest in the Midwest and Virginia.
If you are interested, please fill out my google form, if not have a nice week!

Wow pretty bold having a private lender complete a form, usually the other way around
I am a Private lender but honestly got turned off by this.

Is the guy data mining to set up a Private Lender brokerage?
I'm simply making my own personal list of resources so that I am prepared. I wasn't aware that requesting a lender's terms (via questionnaire) on the loans they offer is offensive. I find it significantly more efficient and convenient and also haven't had issues using it thus far for lending or buyer's lists. As my post stated, if interested fill out the form and if not have a nice week.

The question is how many lenders that complete that form have actually funded a deal?

Not sure why that’s the golden question but I’ll find out and report back to you Sir! Ya’ll getting offended like Lenders are some holy grail. Dime a dozen around here. You’re either doing business and making money or you’re not. You don’t sound interested so as my post said (for the second time), if you’re “not” interested, have a nice day!
