NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!!! We are seeking a talented Leasing Consultant gent to join our growing team! The ideal candidate for this position will enjoy fast-paced work, show creativity and have a high degree of professionalism when working with our residents. Our Leasing Agent is responsible for creating and maintaining successful relationships with tenants and closing rental inquiries efficiently. If you’re an enthusiastic, perceptive individual who’s eager to learn and grow with us, this position is perfect for you. This position also offers a flexible schedule! 

Responsibilities

• - Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing
  - Show units to prospects and close sales
• - Aid in communication with residents
• - Ensure properties are ready for move in
• - Inspect properties after move out
• - Facilitate lease renewals

Qualifications

• - Extremely organized
• - Excellent communication, negotiation and skills
  
• - Past sales experience is preferred
• - People friendly
• - Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher

Job Type: Part-time (with potential to be full-time)
Salary: $14.00 - $26.00 per hour
