I'm an OOS buyer that visits Charlotte monthly. Looking to start a SFH portfolio in Pineville, Belmont, and LoSo. Preferring using creative financing, but will consider cash offers if the numbers are right. Focusing on 3 bed 2 bath without HOA that are close to urban cores for a cash flowing LTR. Happy to reno.
