Looking for a handyman in Dayton Ohio

Currently have some repairs I would like to make to my property. I have a detailed list of assignments to be complete in the unit. Trying to make it rent ready. Most repairs are simple fixes that involve painting, cleaning, and installations. 

I need a trustworthy handyman that can get out to the property. It seems like every handyman I talk to is overbooked and can’t get out to the property for months. Was hoping any investors in the Dayton area can help me out with recommendations.
