Las Vegas- need prop manager and lawyer

Hello all,

I am in the process of finalizing a deal in LV, about 15 minutes west of the strip. My plan is to make it an Airbnb or a mid term rental. I need a property manager that will oversee Airbnb and getting the property set up since I live in NJ. 

I also need a RE lawyer with experience writing up creative finance deals.
