Hi I had a quick question and couldn’t think of any better place to get help than here. I’m purchasing a sub to deal from a wholesaler. He has the deal under contract. Is there any reason I would need a transaction coordinator or would a lawyer suffice to double check that all documents are in place? Thanks

I recently got the opportunity to purchase an off market property in Las Vegas about 15 minutes west of the strip. I live in New Jersey and would like to make this a medium term rental. Just curious what that market is like and if this is good idea for the area and what rates are like. It is a three bedroom/2 bathroom, about 1900 ft.² and has a pool. I would like to have a property manager run everything for me as well. Any suggestions? Thank you.

I'm looking to bounce some ideas off the community.

I am in the process of finishing up a deal in las vegas, about 15 minutes west of the strip. This is my first long range investment.

It will be either a STR of mid term rental. I am leaning towards STR, thoughts?

Also looking for a quick check list of services I'll need to get it off the ground. Here are my thoughts so far:

1) Property manager

2) Contractor (should need minimal work), will probably go with who the prop manager recommends.

Any ideas of who else I'll need to contact? Also open to any good Airbnb software that could automate everything (especially cleaners)

I am in the process of finalizing a deal in LV, about 15 minutes west of the strip. My plan is to make it an Airbnb or a mid term rental. I need a property manager that will oversee Airbnb and getting the property set up since I live in NJ. 

I also need a RE lawyer with experience writing up creative finance deals.
