Hey everyone, I'm getting deals sent to me that are located in Pittsburgh. Im new to the market so Im looking to soak up as much knowledge as I can. I'm currently searching for good contractors to help me bring these fixer uppers back to life!

If there's anything you guys, feel like I need to know as I learn more about this market feel free to comment! Looking forward to meeting other investors and contractors. Can't wait to get started!

@Cameron Estephan Bennett we are just outside the Pittsburgh area and I work close to Pittsburgh and have family in the area. If you are not local, we could be boots on the ground. My husband is a contractor and owns Keystone Contracting and Building. You can look up keystonecontractingandbuolding.com
