Hello, I am looking to dive into the Toledo Ohio area with section 8 investing and looking to pick up 2-3 homes in the area. I am looking for a well seasoned investor friendly realtor in the area that is familiar with section 8. What pulled you to Toledo? I invest locally in Columbus, Ohio and I think it's a great option to consider. Columbus has seen great appreciation with many new jobs being created from large expansions by companies such as Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Children's hospital and Wexner Medical Center. It is also home to Ohio State which has 60,000+ students.
