Looking for Private Money Debt Partners for NC 2-4 unit Acquisitions

I'm looking to connect with a debt partner interested in lending private capital on 1-4 unit deals in North Carolina . I have a local teams that help maintain my portfolio and I'm looking to expand and acquire more properties. I'm looking for some acquisition capital and or full funding. I have hard money lenders ready, but would rather seek private money to fix and rent then refi to pay back debt partners. All properties will be long term holds.
