New BP Member - NEED YOUR HELP with market research!!

Hello all!

I have followed BP's podcast since its early days and am an active real estate investor myself. I'm just joining the BP forum (long overdue) and could use this great community's help with some market research. Long story short I'm a financial advisor and have been for the last 10+ years. I specialize in business owners and real estate investors and just went independent so I could work for my clients and not a giant financial company whose compensation was based on commissions.

I'm looking for two things from this group and I chose y'all because I know you'll give it to me straight. Real estate investors are some of the most hard-working, honest, and blunt people I know.

1. Financial issues that you're facing or struggling with - I want to create PDFs, webinars, and free content to help solve the issues you're facing and I'll distribute them here to help you advance your investing journey.

2. Brutally honest feedback from other business owners and investors - I have a coach and get consultant opinions but nobody is as honest as strangers on the internet 😬 Tell me what is missing in the financial advice space, especially relating to you as a real estate investor and some of the biggest hurdles you face when trying to find good, actionable, honest advice you can trust.
