I am an investor located in Northern NJ and am looking out of state for my next investment.

I was looking to invest in the Indianapolis area as a good BRRR market as the numbers no longer work very well here in NJ.

Would love to network with some fellow investors and get a good idea of zip codes to focus on. 

Also looking to assemble a team and find a great property manager to partner and build with.

I am a former out-of-state investor who started investing in Indianapolis remotely from Oregon back in 2019. Since then, my family and I have relocated to Indianapolis to focus on building our portfolio.
