Im looking to invest in multifamily apartments in the Midwest. My business partner and I are new to multi family investing I inherited a few single family homes in Indiana that are cash flowing every month but I have never done the process from A-Z myself. We are looking for a mentor/ coach that is pretty hands on and are able to show show us the ropes so to speak. Any direction or help would be greatly appreciated.
