I hope everyone had a great holiday season as the new year is almost upon us!

l usually send this out on Biggerpockets as well as emailing those that have attended past meetings. This meeting will be for those who have showed interest in getting together with some of the folks in the local Buffalo community to talk about real estate. The gathering is meant as a way to network and learn from each other and possibly partner on deals.

It would be great if some of the newer folks would bring an article or a topic to discuss when we meet up as this will get more people to talk besides for the 'usual suspects' (myself included)

We are targeting a meet up during the week on the 3rd or 4th week of January during the evening :January 22nd January 24 January 29 and January 31 would be ideal dates.
