Property manager recommendation in Portland, Oregon.

Hi BP community,

I have a rental property in Portland, OR that I'm looking for recommendations for a good property manager. I've had two so far . First one is terrible and the second (current) is not good. I'm not the kind who hires the first PMC I talked to and I hired my first one after interviewing 8 different companies.  The second one started off decent but as they get bigger, the quality of the service gone down a lot.  If you have good experience with any or know any great PMC, I would love to talk to them.
