New to real estate investing

Hello all, I am fairly new to real estate investing. I haven’t done any deals but I do have a distress property with desire to purchase.

I am currently in south Florida. I would like to know if I can get recommendations for a private money lender or hard money lender that can help me with my first deal.

I am looking to fix the property, rent it and then re finance it.

Thank you in advance 🙏
