SoCal Hard Money Lenders

Hi y’all!
I’m looking for a newbie friendly hard money lender for my fix & flips.

I have about 8 years of experience in remodeling properties, I can build & install countertops myself, remodel bathrooms, build cabinets and what not. I’m business savvy as I’ve been managing P&L’s for over 10 years.
I’ve flipped 2 properties in Mexico. The experience is there, but not in the last 2 years which is what some require.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? HML or private lender. Recommendations very much appreciated!!!
