Looking for programmatic buyer of stabilized single family rentals in Indianapolis

I've had a lot of success buying properties below market and renovating them. I'd love to create a system whereby I can source and renovate the deals and work with investors in a forward-contract type arrangement to buy the assets off me as a rental. My goal is to have these properties appraise for ~$155k - $160k and sell them to investors at a $5k - $10k discount to market. Does anyone know of buyers in the Indianapolis area willing to purchase these types of properties on a regular basis? I have a property now that I'd be happy to offload if anyone is interested.
